Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care team in Maryland. This full-time role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical education to support professional growth.

You will work under supervision of a licensed PT, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help deliver high-quality rehabilitative care in skilled nursing facilities, with opportunities for promotion and advancement.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure as PTA in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current.

What You'll Do
