Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with 3+ years of experience to provide compassionate care to older adults. You will work primarily in Assisted Living Facilities, using your clinical autonomy to tailor treatments, while maintaining detailed documentation and collaborating with a seasoned team.

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and provide individualized treatments.
• Treat primarily in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) with some home/community visits.
• Maintain 9:00 AM–5:30 PM workday and schedule within it.
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers and clinical staff.
