Henderson Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Castro Valley, California. The PTA will carry out skilled treatment programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient activities and charges promptly.

The role emphasizes respectful communication with patients, families, and medical staff while ensuring compliance with state acts and OSHA/Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
