The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Castro Valley, California. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and contribute to high-quality patient care.

This position requires a California PTA license (CPR certification preferred), the ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
