You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while maintaining accurate record-keeping and clear communication with patients and staff.

The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PTA/PT program graduate, active state licensure with CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
