Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver hands-on, 1:1 in-home care in Oviedo/Seminole County, FL.

Earn $45-$50 per visit with potential to reach $80K-$90K+ annually, plus flexible full-time, PRN, or modified schedules and autonomy over your daily plan.

You will follow the plan of care, document with AI-assisted tools, and collaborate with patients, families, and the care team under PT supervision.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida PTA license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools.
