Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Toms River, NJ. The role requires an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and an active PTA license in the state, with compensation $34.00-$42.00 per hour and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide PTAs under supervision, assist in selecting patients, coordinate with the PT, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements in SNF and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
