Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a SNF team in Washington. You will support the Physical Therapist by executing individualized therapy plans, facilitating sessions to improve strength, balance and mobility, and tracking progress with thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates hold PTA licensure with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. SNF or geriatric care exposure is a plus; Covid-19 and Flu vaccines are required.

Qualifications

• Current PTA licensure.

As a PTA, you will provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents regain mobility and achieve their highest functional potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions aimed at improving strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ progress and provide feedback to the Physical Therapist.

Requirements

• Current PTA licensure.

Contract Role

• 36 + hour guarantee
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
