Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Prescott, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) / LPTA to join our Skilled Nursing Facility on a PRN basis. You will perform direct care under the clinical supervision of a Physical Therapist to maximize residents’ functional potential in all life areas.

The role requires a Wisconsin PTA license and an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy. Cori Nelson, Recruitment Manager, will coordinate the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to maximize residents' functional potential.
• Support treatment plans and document progress per facility protocols.
