Renewal Rehab is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in Illinois. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. The role requires a PTA license and an associate degree from an APTA-accredited program.

• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
