Job summary

Broad River Rehab in North Branford, CT is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team. This role offers a 4-day 32-hour or 5-day 40-hour schedule, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and a New Grad Mentor program to support growth.

As a PTA, you will provide direct care under supervision, with a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k), generous PTO, license reimbursement, and 100% company-paid CEUs.

Offering a flexible schedule 4 days a week at 32 hours or 5 days at 40 hour options offered. Continuing Care Retirement Community - Evergreen Woods, North Branford, CT.

Position open to a 4 day work week schedule and a 3K sign on bonus for full time. New Grad Mentor program.
