Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Kingman, KS, providing exceptional patient care in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Implement Care Plans – Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Advance Patient Progress – Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team – Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Accredited Education – Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Licensure – Current PTA license in the state of practice.
  • Ethical Compliance – Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
