Qualifications

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Join an established, owner-operated rehabilitation practice where you’ll work closely with an experienced Physical Therapist and help patients regain mobility, strength, and function in a personalized clinical environment.

Practice Overview

This is an established outpatient orthopedic practice led by an experienced Physical Therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. The practice provides a diverse patient population and a collaborative environment where quality patient care is the priority.

The patient mix includes:

  • Sports Medicine

The clinic sees approximately 45 patient visits per week, with a standard appointment length of 45 minutes, allowing for a focused and patient-centered approach to treatment.

Position Summary

Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant will play an important role in providing quality outpatient rehabilitation services.

You’ll assist with implementing individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who wants to develop professionally while working directly alongside an experienced Physical Therapist in an established orthopedic practice.
