Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join Signature Rehab, delivering top rehab care to residents across Signature HealthCARE nursing homes. You will collaborate with the care team to support recovery and return to daily activities, under guidance and best practices of the integrated care model.

Required qualifications include an accredited PTA program graduate with an Associate degree and a valid PTA license in the service state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
