Job summary

Journey is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join a community-focused care team. Under supervision, you will optimize patient function, build a robust PT program, and pursue ongoing education to elevate clinical skills.

The role requires graduation from an APTA-accredited program and maintaining a valid state license, with opportunities for professional development in a supportive home-office–community setting.

• Under the direction of the licensed physical therapist, optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients.

• Maintain a valid state license. Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of physical therapy and the health care environment.
