Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hayward, CA. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $48 and $52 and a competitive benefits package.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence, while documenting progress and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
