Signature HealthCARE's Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will support rehabilitation services for residents and outpatients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with at least an Associate’s Degree.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in rehabilitation to support recovery and timely return to activities.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses and other clinicians to implement care plans.
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate records and communicate changes to the team.

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
