Athena Health Care Systems in North Easton, MA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care to a general rehab caseload under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

We offer up to $45/hour with weekly pay and supportive CEU requirements; newly licensed therapists are welcome. This position emphasizes collaborative care and ongoing professional development within a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required from an accredited PTA program.
• CEUs per state licensure requirements; current licensure where required.

We are seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Southeast is a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. Hourly rate up to $45 with weekly pay.

Job Summary:

As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will also participate in clinical program development and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the provision of direct patient treatments in accordance with an established plan of care


• Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process


• Consult with patients, residents, and caregivers


• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis


• Document activities according to our clinical documentation system

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program

• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required
