Job summary

All Care Health Solutions in Eagle, Idaho, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. You will provide skilled PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT, focusing on exercises, gait and balance training, and mobility goals.

You’ll assess patient homes for safety, identify equipment needs, participate in the overall plan of care, and build individualized treatment programs aimed at improving independence and function.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing with the state of Idaho.
• CPR certification (we will provide, if needed).
• Valid driver''s license.
