Signature Rehab in Danville, KY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support resident recovery and return to daily activities. You’ll work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model alongside other clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an accredited PTA program with an associate degree and a valid PTA license in Kentucky. Comprehensive benefits and consistent hours are offered.
