Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Somerset, NJ, providing care in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, participate in patient selection and referrals, and help deliver high-quality rehabilitation while maintaining compliance and documentation.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and kept up to date.
