Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for its Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center to contribute to a patient-centered care plan. You will work within an integrated care model, helping residents achieve meaningful recovery and timely resumption of daily activities.
