Job summary

Probility Physical Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our outpatient clinic network in Southeast Michigan. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

PTAs will deliver skilled care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and taping techniques while maintaining high standards of patient service and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Adherence to HIPAA/FERPA compliance.
• Maintain compliant medical records for injuries and rehabilitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care to patients in an outpatient setting under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and modalities.
• Educate patients and document progress in medical records.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Eligible for licensure by the State of Michigan Bureau of Health Care Services
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Adherence to Probility's core values and HIPAA/FERPA compliance
• Maintain compliant medical records on all injuries and rehabilitation procedures.
