Job summary

Theracare in Indiana is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will perform skilled direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and collaborate with nursing staff to support patient outcomes.

• The Physical Therapist Assistant role involves skilled direct patient care under the clinical supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current or eligible for state license is required.
• Membership with the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred but not required.
• Prefer minimum one year of experience.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
