Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered physical therapy to adult and geriatric populations in a collaborative clinical setting. You’ll work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Licensed PTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
  • Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver hands‑on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
