Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You will work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, independence, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

This PTA role emphasizes clinical autonomy, supportive mentorship, and flexible scheduling designed to promote work-life balance while delivering high-quality outcomes in inpatient

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
