Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Harrisburg, PA along the East Shore. This role is for a licensed PTA with outpatient experience and offers weekday (Mon-Fri) PRN coverage.

We provide a flexible schedule that aligns with your availability, a focus on work-life balance, and access to a nationwide professional support network; compensation ranges from $30 to $35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Deliver high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities with minimal supervision and per Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, staff and expand client relations.
