Origami Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support PTs in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to pediatric and adult clients. You will conduct one-on-one sixty-minute sessions and coordinate care with PTs and other stakeholders across multiple Lansing-area campuses.
The role offers flexibility with travel among Origami Main in Mason, Origami Greenlawn in South Lansing, and Origami West in West Lansing.

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Origami, you will assist Physical Therapists (PT) in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our pediatric and adult clients. This involves providing one-on-one sixty-minute physical therapy sessions. PTs and PTAs communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective client care. This position is a dynamic role that will provide treatment at our Lansing-based campuses, including Origami Main in Mason, Origami Greenlawn in South Lansing, and Origami West in West Lansing. The individual in this role must be flexible and adaptable, as the work location will vary based on organizational needs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to assist in transfers, gait, and mobility training.
