Trinity Rehab Services in Dallas, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PTA-PRN role across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient settings during the weekdays. You will join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

The position offers mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), and experience in both SNF & OP settings with onsite clinical and leadership support.
