Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a per diem role in SNF/Long-Term Care settings. You will provide therapy under supervision and assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and keep physician orders up to date.
