Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a per diem position in Baraboo, Wisconsin. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must hold a current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Wisconsin.
• New graduates are welcome; mentorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
