Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to assist a Physical Therapist in delivering patient treatments and educating patients, families, and caregivers on daily routines to support recovery. This Florida clinic offers competitive base pay with performance incentives, professional development, and the chance to work with a diverse patient population.

A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is available in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program.
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members

• Base Salary: $56,160 - 76,960/year(based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
