Job summary

Kinetic Physical Therapy & Wellness in Greenville, NC seeks a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to deliver individualized care and help patients regain strength and mobility.

Qualifications

• License to practice PTA in North Carolina (or eligible).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, high-quality care to help patients recover strength, mobility, and confidence.
• Partner with supervising Physical Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to execute treatment plans.
• Educate and motivate patients through every phase of their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with wellness team to integrate exercise, recovery, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation in WebPT EMR.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with supervising Physical Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to execute individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and motivate patients through every phase of their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to integrate exercise, recovery, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in our efficient, modern EMR system (WebPT).
