Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Olympia Eastside clinic. You will deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help patients achieve functional goals and overall quality of life.

Hours are Monday - Friday, with 4x10s or 5x8s shifts between 7:20 AM and 6:00 PM. OSS emphasizes One-on-One care, professional growth, and a supportive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist Assistant License (or license applicant status).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Empower patients to achieve functional goals and improve quality of life.
• Contribute to a culture of learning and clinical excellence within OSS.
