Job summary

Physical Therapy Central, part of the Confluent Health Family, is hiring a licensed PTA to deliver high-quality outpatient care under the supervision of a PT. You will progress patients toward functional goals and maintain clear documentation.

You will join a supportive team with mentorship, professional development, and access to AI-enabled documentation to reduce admin time, while growing clinically in a high-performing clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice or ability to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
