Qualifications

• Willingness to learn outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine treatment required.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions.
• Implement and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.

Skills

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Ability to create and implement treatment plans

Basic PC skills and knowledge

Ability to work autonomously

Education

Graduate degree from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Current state of Michigan license

CPR certification
