Aperion Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Warren Center. You will support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation to our residents in Warren, RI.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Exam.
• Obtain a state PTA license in the state where the facility is located.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTs in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PTA-led treatments: exercises, stretches, and modalities as directed by the PT.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients to promote independence and empowerment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment with infection control standards.
