Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide care for a complex patient population. The role requires the ability to demonstrate independence and accountability in delivering care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

An Associate’s degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant Program is required. Additionally, CPR Certification is needed but can be obtained upon hire. This position is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate independence and accountability in patient care.
• Requires CPR Certification which can be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a complex patient population under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Complete all facility competencies as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
