Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy support in the Milwaukee, WI area. You will assist PTs in mobility sessions and help patients reach recovery goals with hands-on, compassionate care.

AI-supported documentation will streamline notes, freeing time for patient interaction while maintaining high care standards. A licensed PTA with home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license or eligibility in state(s) of employment.
• 1 year PTA experience in home care or rehab setting preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with patients and care teams.
