Pay Range

This range is provided by CenterWell Home Health. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

• Base pay: $58,400.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities.
• Document patient records accurately and submit paperwork on time.
• Attend educational meetings and contribute to departmental in-services.
• Report equipment failures, supply issues, and patient or staff changes.
• Schedule patients and perform administrative tasks.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Accept clinical assignments appropriate to your education and skills.
• Ensure compliance with payor requirements through education and coaching.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Knowledge of geriatric patient care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet ongoing licensure and education requirements.
• Fluent in English, with good attendance.

Additional Information

Part-time, hourly pay per visit/unit: $37.00 - $52.00. Full-time annual base pay: $58,400 - $80,000.
