Pro Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the Park View Care Center team in Wells, MN. The role offers competitive pay and benefits with a $2,500 bonus, paid over 18 months, and tuition reimbursement. New grads welcome. Position type is full-time with flexible start/end times.

Wage range is $26–$34 per hour depending on experience. Location: 55 10th St SE, Wells, MN 56097. Bonus of $2,500 is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Must possess current PTA license and be eligible to practice.
• Experience with long-term care regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.
• Apply anatomy/physiology knowledge to provide effective care.
• Document changes and outcomes accurately.
