Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Experience with seniors in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist with plan implementation and mobility training.
• Document patient progress per company standards and regulations.
