Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient clinic setting. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and provide hands-on care for orthopedic, sports, and workers’ compensation patients.

You will supervise therapeutic exercises, modalities, gait and balance training, and patient education while ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with a supportive team. Ongoing education and mentorship are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant required or eligible to practice.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic, sports, and workers’ compensation therapies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
