Job summary

Rock Health in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed physical therapists by providing modalities, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercises, under supervision.

You will instruct patients in bed mobility, transfers, gait and balance; monitor responses; document interventions; educate patients and caregivers; and participate in safety practices and vaccination compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate’s/Technical Degree or relevant experience; two years' technical therapy experience; outpatient or acute care experience.
• Licensure in physical therapy assisting in applicable states.
• CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver’s license; candidates must be at least 21.
