Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team in Branford, CT. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and a competitive hourly wage ($38.00–$43.00/hour) in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing treatments, coordinating patient evaluations, and contributing to high-quality outcomes. APTA-accredited PTA degree and current state license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
