Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $32.00 to $38.00 per hour, with benefits and ongoing professional development support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
