Qualifications

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the physical therapist.
• Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure proper application of treatment modalities and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and pain management.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, communicating with the supervising therapist.
