Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will provide PTA services under licensed PT supervision and coordinate with the PT for evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
