Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) for SNF and Long-Term Care settings. You will provide PT services under supervision, help identify appropriate patients, and coordinate with the PT for evaluations. A strong team approach and ongoing professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and on file.
