PT Near Me is an in-home physical therapy provider delivering one-on-one treatment in patients' homes. We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team, offering autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care with competitive per-visit pay.

We handle scheduling and back-office tasks so you can focus on direct treatment. You will treat a range of post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients, with pay around $60–70 per hour per visit as a 1099

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.

What you'll do

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.

What you need
